My Grandma was consistently inventing things that she needed. One time, she had a great deal of weeds in the yard plus made a homemade weed eater to trim the weeds. I’d never seen anything like it until approximately 10 years later when I saw them for sale in the hardware store. My Grandma just laughed plus said “imagine that” plus walked away. I would have been absolutely bothered if I thought of an invention long before someone else did. I would’ve thought about all the cash I could have made with my invention plus how different my life would be. My Grandma even made her own propane oil furnace by hand using some parts that were lying around the basement. I saw a hit plus miss engine she built using her lathe after she passed away. She also made a boiler plus a small space oil furnace for the frigid seasons out in the garage when she was working on cars. She had a few aged cars that she would work on every single night while listening to songs plus drinking beer. She worked in the heating industry so she knew a great deal about both heating plus cooling the household for the seasons. She was undoubtedly a good Grandma to me, showing me all the different things she was able to learn over the years for saving money around the household. I managed to learn to repair my own cooling device thanks to her plus saved a ton of money on repairs. I miss my Grandma a great deal still, but have kept all the things she has taught me to this day.
