Since I had a lot of issues with my previous unit, I was going to jot down every piece of advice from the experts in order to ensure that my boiler does not give me issues and that the boiler repairs are not as much. One important tip was that to keep the unit in good condition, I needed to schedule at least two furnace/heater tune-up sessions every year. To maintain and improve the indoor air quality, I needed to ensure that I replace the furnace filter after every 30 to 90 days. I made sure to follow these guidelines all through winter and I must say that they did come in handy and I did not have any major issues all through winter.
