When our kid moved into his first apartment, I noticed that there was a wall cooling system unit. I thought that was interesting but not what I actually would have wanted for cooling in my home. Still, this was his first location so I figured eventually he would do alright. It wasn’t love he was going to stay in that lousy rundown home for his whole life or anything. He was going to a wonderful school and I just wanted him to be finally able to focus on his studies. Well, it turned out that the wall cooling system component is way too noisy. He says everytime that things cranks on it makes him jump while he is focusing on his work. He says when he tries to sleep at night, he cranks the cooling system but the noise constantly wakes him up in the middle of the night. I asked if he changed the cooling system air filter and he said he didn’t. I thought maybe the cooling system filter was congested and it wouldn’t be so noisy when he changed it. So he changed the cooling system filter and he simply said it was a little bit less noisy, but it still was loud enough to wake him up. I didn’t want to constantly have to buy him another cooling plan since he already had the wall system and ruined that one, but it seemed love a desperate situation. He was never going to keep up his college grades if he wasn’t able to rest through the night. So I ended up getting him a small portable cooling system plan where he just had to put the hose for the condensate out the nearest window. He said it’s so much better and he can finally sleep peacefully at night.
