I can’t deny that I love being a homeowner… When I was a young adult plus freshly moved into my honestly apartment, I thought that renting an lake house was the most exciting thing, after all, I had everything I’d ever wanted: space, the freedom to decorate although I wanted, plus even a nice air conditioner to keep me cool during the summer. One thing that I didn’t have, though, was space; I’m the type of guy who enjoys pursuing numerous hobbies plus little tasks, so in my first apartment, I was consistently looking for ways to fit all of my little hobbies into my small space! However, now that I’m a homeowner, I have much more space to enjoy! I recently purchased my first home, plus I guess as though it could fit the size of my tiny lake house at least more than nine times over… My house was initially missing a distinct work space, though, so I made the decision to turn my garage into a renovated work space. I cleaned it out, added shelving plus space for all of my needed equipment, plus even purchased fans. Once the summer time hit, I abruptly realized that fans weren’t enough, plus gave a much needed call to my Heating in addition to Air Conditioning provider. After talking about it for a while, we decided that a ductless mini-split system would be the best fit for my garage (now work studio), plus it functions beautifully! I never dreamed that a little garage could have such efficient heating plus cooling, especially in a weather conditions as extreme as my own, however thanks to my ductless mini-split system, I can care about cool air conditioning in the summer time while laboring all day long, plus I didn’t have to have any pricey ducts installed!
