I never asked for blackout tint

Last month I took my car to an auto customization place to have window tint placed on my car windows.

I bought a modern car straight off the showroom floor, and it only had eighteen miles on the speedometer. The car had that modern car stink that you don’t totally notice. I didn’t want my leather seats to begin to crack and fade because of the sunlight making its way through the windows. My dad had told me that if I were to have window tinting installed, I could have a tint that would truly be sunlight reflective, and also keep the heat from building so hastily. I told the guy at the auto shop precisely what I wanted and he said he could take care of it with no hassle. Two hours later, I came back from shopping, and was ready to get my car. When I saw it, I was ready to explode. The tint was so dark that I could not see what happened to be inside. I knew this was illegal, and I didn’t want to get in trouble before the car was even broken in. I told him I was trying to go for a light window tint and not blackout. He said it would cost me extra to actually remove the present window tinting and have more installed. I asked to talk to his employer. I showed the employer where I said I wanted heat and sunlight protection, however I needed the window tinting to be as light as possible. The employer said it would take many hours, however there would be no extra cost. He then called the specialist who had done the window tinting, into his office.
