For a long time, I lived at a rental property that had an oil furnace, then this oil furnace was big and came with 3 oil tanks that would last through the course of the winter! I had heard from friends and family who have had oil furnaces. They told me that mine was nice because it had enough tanks and I didn’t have to refill multiple times through the winter season, but still, the expense to have all those oil tanks filled was ridiculous, and honestly, I didn’t know how I was going to make it if I had to pay such a big expense every single winter season. It wasn’t any better in the summer time either because the cooling plan wasn’t very energy efficient. The owner of the property consistently made sure to have an Heating and A/C professional come out twice per year for tune ups, which was good, but still I wished he would have upgraded the old Heating and A/C plan that was costing a small luck to operate, but eventually, I decided to buy my own house, and based on my experience with the lousy Heating and A/C system, I decided to go for something that was amazing. I ended up finding a home that had a geothermal Heating and A/C plan installed. This plan truthfully is the best as it provides the ideal comfort in my home and my energy bills are so cheap now! I don’t know how well this plan works. I had to pay a lot of money to get this nice home, but the investment was totally worth it. Not to mention, my property value has already increased by a considerable amount.
