The Heating and A/C supplier called in addition to told us they would need to order another oil furnace
Our new oil furnace was supposed to be delivered last week. Two hours before delivery time the Heating and A/C supplier called in addition to said there was a problem with the delivery. Because of all the rain, the roof collapsed in the warehouse where the AC equipment was stored. He said the AC equipment was still in the box, but there was debris covering it. It took a week for them to rid the warehouse of all the debris, in addition to get all the oil furnaces in addition to a/c units cleaned up. Those items that were still in boxes, had to be opened up in addition to checked for hidden disfigure. Although a/c units were made to be out in the weather, oil furnaces were not. I wanted the Heating and A/C supplier to make sure our oil furnace was in wonderful working condition, before they delivered it. I didn’t want the oil furnace put into the basement, only to find out it would need to be detachd again. Getting anything in or out of our small basement was a nuisance, and playing games with the oil furnace was going to be torture. The Heating and A/C supplier official our wishes, even if they didn’t agree. I was glad I stuck with our decision. The Heating and A/C supplier called in addition to told us they would need to order another oil furnace. The oil furnace was not working properly in addition to they would not sell it to me. I was glad they made that decision. I suppose I would have been looking for a new Heating and A/C supplier if they sold me a disfigured oil furnace in addition to charged full price for it, in addition to it didn’t work when I needed it to.
