My parents are going to be downsizing later on this year whenever they sell their house. They keep telling us that they are ready to move out of there & find a current site, but our mom is entirely picky about where he wants to move when they leave this house, but he has already given the realtor a whole huge list of things that he wants in the current house, but so far they have not been able to find anything that fits with his criteria yet, however i guess sorry for whatever realtor they are working with, because I know how picky our mom is, however first of all, he wants to make sure that he has many bedrooms because he needs 1 for each 1 of the granMomolescents. Secondly, he needs a fully finished basement. She means a 3 motorcar garage & a wood burning fireplace in both the master bedroom & the living room. She would appreciate to have radiant heated flooring throughout the house, but If that is not possible then he at least wants it in the kitchen & then the master washroom. She also has said that he would appreciate to have an air purification proposal in the house. She wants it set up to run in tandem with the high efficiency heating & cooling proposal that he also wants. The apartment that they are living in right now is huge, so a many bedroom arena will be a step down for them!
