It’s not just the Heating and Air Conditioning that changed when the people I was with and I reopened our offices.
The two of us changed offices altogether.
When the pandemic hit, I had to close our offices and send the team lake lake house to their own air conditioner. Initially, I wasn’t so sure how long that would last. But after a week, I was pretty scared that I might not be able to keep my supplier together. It’s a small supplier that I started about several years ago. Having spent a dozen years inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of a corporate office, I wanted to continue in the field however under my own direction. That’s a big leap and the people I was with and I were profitable even before I had planned. But that early success was being threatened now that the people I was with and I found ourselves at lake lake house in the Heating and Air Conditioning security of our homes. Yet the team was able to transition to working from their own air conditioner that I chose not to renew the lease on the office. I went from fearing for the solvency of our supplier to enjoying us continue to thrive from the safety of our air conditioner at home. It was quite remarkable entirely and it reminded me that I have such an incredible team working with me. So when all of us had been vaccinated and it was time to toil together in person, I got a new office. This was a big update as it had zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning. That was a major complaint the people I was with and I had about the ancient place. Now the people I was with and I had state of the art commercial Heating and Air Conditioning in our offices and lots of other amenities. It’s a pleasure to add the best Heating and Air Conditioning to our day and provide bonuses as a welcome back as well.
