I got married when I was 30 and my wife and I run the business together now. A year ago, the two of us decided it was time to have a website for our plumbing and heating company. I contacted a couple of different web design and advertising companies and we looked at many different designs. My wife and I chose the artist to help with our website and the project was completed in three weeks. The logo for our plumbing and heating company is right on top of the page and it looks great. The graphic artist made a few changes and I really like them. We have a lot of helpful information on the website and we also have a way for customers to reach us quickly. They can call us on the phone or use the email link. We also have a live chat set up. The live chat feature is still very new and it has a couple of problems from time to time. The last time the live chat feature was inoperable, the whole website was down for 3 days before I noticed. One of our customers called when the live chat feature did not work and that is the first time my wife and I noticed the problem. Once we looked at the website traffic and all of our online statistics, we quickly realized that the plumbing and heating company website had been down for days.
