My girlfriend and I have been broken up for a couple of months, but she still calls my house and stocks me.
I know it sounds totally crazy, but she won’t leave me alone.
I have been working for the same HVAC repair business since I was 22. I was working for that HVAC repair service provider when we met and we dated for 3 months. When my boss told me that I had a special request, something inside of me knew that it was my ex-girlfriend calling. The address didn’t look familiar, so I hope that I was wrong. Unfortunately, the call was from my ex. She contacted the service to have the AC at her mom’s place repaired. As soon as I saw Abby, I told her that I wasn’t interested in talking about our relationship. She promised that her mom needed a tune-up on the AC unit and she forgot that I worked for the business. I knew she was full of bologna, because there was no other reason for her to be there during the time when the appointment was scheduled. The whole time I worked on the tune-up, Abby tried to work on me. She told me that she missed me and that she was thinking about getting back together with me. I told her that I was happy and I hope she finds happiness too. I tried not to make small talk and I worked just as quickly and methodically as possible to get out of that house in one piece. The girl is a totally crazy stalker.
