My contractor is located on an immense piece of property with many buildings on it.
I work for a specialty construction contractor, and we have peculiar shops scattered all over the campus! For instance, we have a metal shop, a carpentry shop, a printing shop, just to name a few.
In addition, we have a main office and other office spaces in peculiar buildings, then prior to the pandemic, we had a full staff of employees who filled these office spaces plus shops on a daily basis. However, due to the pandemic, our contractor had to lay off a bunch of employees, leaving many of the offices and shops empty of workers, well, due to the shops being empty, we had to close down a few of them, but ever since then, the owners have decided to rent them out! Commercial shop space for rent is currently in high demand because there are a lot of projects that are currently up plus running. Projects that were halted due to the pandemic, then so, lately, there have been a bunch of small shops that have been popping up all over the city! Therefore, we shouldn’t have an issue renting this shop space. The space is about 10,000 square feet plus the rent will be $15 per square foot. This is a compatible rate for the area of town that it’s in. It’s located in the downtown region in an area where there are lots of warehouses. So, this commercial shop for rent would be an enjoyable location for a small metal or welding contractor. Hopefully, we will find a contractor to rent it soon.
