I have to work a job online for a couple of hours today and then I am having an actual heating and A/C tech come out to seal our leaking air duct.
I suppose the tape peeled off in some areas causing the air to leak from the ducts and cool our attic down instead of our living quarters.
I know it is an easy service as the heating and A/C rep told myself and others the guy will be able to finish it today. Once that is finally done then I am heading to the beach with our current cajon drum and practicing a bit. I just bought it today, and easily shouldn’t have spent the cash, however it sounds so good and I entirely want to learn how to play that style of drum. I want to make sure though that our heating and A/C system is entirely working well because every one of us is in the middle of summer time right now and our power bills will be entirely high if I don’t get it fixed. I also have a slow water leak in our toilet and I know I will need to call the service guy to come out and take a look at it. I know it is the flap that is leaking inside the tank, which should be an easy service from what I’ve heard. I may need to get some duct cleaning done too because I noticed a lot of dust around the vents in each room telling myself and others that the air duct has a lot of dust buildup in it. I’ll ask the heating and A/C tech to take a look when he is here.
