A lot of people say credit cards are bad for you because they can put you in serious debt that can ruin your life.
I have to say that I do agree with that as I am kind of in that predicament at the moment.
But at the time that I ran them up into the predicament I am in now credit cards were a good thing and saved me seriously. My central heating and air conditioning system had broke down and it was the end of it all the way. A heat and a/c repair was not going to fix it. I needed to buy a brand new and totally up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. But I did not have the money to do so. I did however have enough credit on my credit cards though to be able to charge the cost of a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system. And that is exactly what I ended up doing. If I had not had the credit cards I would have been in serious and potentially deadly trouble. Because it was very hot outside when my heat and a/c unit died on me. And without air conditioning there was no way I would have been able to even live. So this was a good thing that I was able to charge it on credit. But because of that several thousand dollar charge I am now up to my tail in debt that is affecting a lot of other things I need to do.
