Home is the last place that I have wanted to be in the past few days.
I have to admit that this is normally not the case. I am actually very much a homebody. If I am given the chance to stay home when I have time off and binge watch streaming services or play video games or read a book or in short, do anything indoors that is relaxing, I will take that opportunity at least eight out of ten times. I guess that’s what you call an introvert. However, I have become far more interested in going out to different places these days. It’s only because I’m virtually forced to do so. You see, my air conditioning system just isn’t working right now. I don’t have the money to fix it either. So, I find myself going to all sorts of places as long as they have air conditioning. Obviously, during my work week I end up going to my office where the air conditioner is quite comfortable. However, when I have time off, instead of staying home, I am trying out new restaurants, visiting parks or museums, going window shopping, etc. Anywhere, where there is a nice cool breeze or there is comfortable air conditioning, that’s where you can find me these days. I’m trying to save up the money to get my air conditioner fixed too, that’s for sure! But in the meantime, I guess I’ll just have to go out exploring and looking for great climate control.
