The men who had done the upgrade had left a gigantic mess all over my basement plus yard.
They left all the packaging from the gas furnace plus a/c component lying where they removed it. I couldn’t think that anyone would leave someone’s property looking this bad. It made me wonder what their homes looked like? I grabbed my cell phone plus called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation. When they answered the phone, I told them I wanted to speak to the owner of the corporation. The lady tried to field my call, but I was insistent. I told her about the mess plus how I thought they should hold someone responsible. I wanted to have them sent back to my lake house to clean up the cartons plus the other debris that was lying around. I didn’t even realize she had transferred me until I heard an uncorrect voice asking for my name plus address. An minute later, many Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair vans pulled up to my home. The many men who were at my lake house got out of a single van. Another man got out of the second van. He asked if these were the men who had left the mess, plus he then introduced himself as the owner. I thought I would see an old man, but he wasn’t much older than I was. Within twenty minutes, they had cleaned everything plus put all the mess in their van. He told them to turn in their uniforms when they got back plus he apologized to me for what they did..
