I really have to say, I am thankful that I was able to transfer out to the country with my family. I never enjoyed living around so numerous neighbors. There’s always a bunch of neighbors who are always nosey plus try to get into your business. I even had neighbors who told other neighbors about my business, plus that’s something that ticks myself and others off. When I was selling the house, everybody was nosey when I had an Heating plus Air Conditioning crew installing a new ductless mini cut in the house, and my realtor said it would add value to the condo plus people would want to buy the place in a jiffy. The realtor honestly was right, but everybody in the village abruptly knew I was selling the site. They were asking all kinds of questions prefer where was I moving or why was I upgrading the Heating plus Air Conditioning system, and a lot of people wanted to tour the house, but I said it had to be by appointment only. I would only permit people to come see the condo who were willing to make an offer. I didn’t want a bunch of nosey neighbors peeking through all of my things not even having an interest in the site. The two of us honestly were able to sell the condo relatively abruptly, plus the two of us sold it for a fabulous price. The two of us had so much cash to work with plus the new condo the two of us got, the two of us were able to replace the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. It was nice having the Heating plus Air Conditioning replaced separate from anybody walking by the house or coming to the door. My neighbors are not even in view! It’s lovely, plus I really prefer the fresh air quality in the country!
