When Hillary went to visit her aunt Nicole, she wasn’t sure how the visit would be. It had been almost a decade since she was there and so much had changed. After high school, Hillary went to college abroad, and that is where she chose to live for 10 years. Then, she woke up one day, and wanted to go home. Aunt Nicole and Hillary have always been close, so she was more than happy to host her. HIallry would stay with her for a short duration while looking for work and an apartment. Her aunt went ahead to prepare the guest suite and was at the airport when Hilarry’s plane landed. They spent the weekend catching up, then on Monday Nicole had to go to work. Hillary had an interview, but there was a HVAC specialist coming to the house. She suggested moving the interview to later to wait for the independent HVAC specialist. But aunt Nicole said there was no need. The independent HVAC specialist was well-known in the area and would let himself into the house. They live in a close-knit community, and he is a part of it, and does all the HVAC work for folks in the area. All she had to do was leave a key under the mat and the guy would let himself in. Hillary was surprised at the level of trust that her aunt had given the HVAC specialist wasn’t a relative. But, that is how small communities are, and they operate on high levels of trust. Later, when they came back, there was a note from the HVAC specialist on the kitchen table saying he’d take a bottle of water from the refrigerator.
