I had to get a heating mat, a heating rock, and this other little heater thing that we had to attach to the inside of the cage
My daughter bought a new tree frog as a pet the other day when she went downtown to a reptile show. I knew that she was going to go to the reptile show with her friend, but I didn’t give her permission to buy anything. She is someone who loves all kinds of animals and I guess I probably shouldn’t have been surprised when she came home with a little tree frog. The tree frog was really cute, I will have to admit. I don’t really like frogs, but this little guy was super cute. Anyway, I was a little bit annoyed when she showed up with this frog. I wasn’t super mad, though. I figured that it wouldn’t be too much of a problem because it could not possibly cost that much to feed this tiny frog. But then I found out that it was going to cost a lot to get a big cage and all of the different things we needed for heating the cage. I had to get a heating mat, a heating rock, and this other little heater thing that we had to attach to the inside of the cage. Not only that, but I also had to buy a thermostat for the cage, too. I guess these little frogs are pretty hard to keep alive. I had no idea that it was going to be so hard to keep a little frog alive or I would have told my daughter to take him right back to the reptile dealer that she bought him from!
