My hubby started something that he wished he had never done.
He put the Heating & Air Conditioning suppliers in his company, in competition.
He offered them goals & when they reached those goals they got a reward; They could trade their rewards in for a day off with pay, to a paid week-long paid holiday, a cruise, or a numerous-day stay at an expense paid tropical resort. The Heating & Air Conditioning suppliers are taking their competition a little too seriously. They have inside bets on who is going to get the best remarks from their clients. They have written up surveys they can hand out to their Heating & Air Conditioning clients & mail them in to the Heating & Air Conditioning company. They already have their name Heating & Air Conditioning badge number printed on their surveys, & they are postage free. They put a lot of work into this competition, however they are having fun, but i told my hubby to quit worrying, because the novelty will soon wear off, six weeks later, he told me he had to call the competition off. He could no longer afford for these boys to compete. He wanted them to concentrate on being Heating & Air Conditioning suppliers, & not on how to win an all expense paid holiday. I laughed. I knew he was nervous more because several boys wanted to go on holiday with each other, & he would end up working. He said he didn’t mind if they took their wives & spent time at the resort, however he didn’t want to go back to being a full-time Heating & Air Conditioning supplier, we laughed & asked if it would be wrong if he got in on the competition. He would care about to take me on holiday.
