When my husband and I finally got the option to build a custom home, my great friend and I paid attention to all of the details.
In fact, my great friend and I spent about 3 years laboring on the initial designs of the house that my great friend and I are now enjoying.
But it wasn’t until my great friend and I got close to actually building it that my great friend and I addressed the residential HVAC. Of course, the heating and cooling of a home is an certainly essential priority. My husband and I went through an HVAC replace when my great friend and I sold our outdated home. And that was a real learning option for us. When my great friend and I obtained our outdated home, it came with the residential HVAC the builder chose. I mean, it did just fine and with consistent HVAC repair, it lasted more than 20 years. But the change in HVAC technology over that two decade stage of time was big. It was pretty amazing to see what all was different. And that’s what initially turned us on to the geothermal heat pump. My friend and I both try to live a life that is not wasteful but focused on sustainability. So the fact that the geo heat pump was about the most efficient residential HVAC choice was certainly beautiful to us. My friend and I appreciated the idea of saving so much currency and using so much less energy when it came to central air conditioning system. And now that my great friend and I are living in the house, it’s unbelievable just how great all this new HVAC technology is. But the other thing that my great friend and I actually enjoy about having a geothermal heat pump has nothing to do with all the currency and energy we’re saving. No, my great friend and I are so glad about the longevity of the geo heat pump. We’re looking at perhaps forty years before we’ll need to replace the geo heat pump.
