When my partner and I finally got the chance to build a custom home, my buddy and I paid attention to all of the details.
In fact, my buddy and I spent about 3 years working on the initial designs of the condo that my buddy and I are now enjoying.
But it wasn’t until my buddy and I got close to very building it that my buddy and I addressed the residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Of course, the heating and cooling of a condo is an very essential priority, but my partner and I went through an Heating and Air Conditioning update when my buddy and I sold our seasoned home. And that was a real learning chance for us. When my buddy and I obtained our seasoned home, it came with the residential Heating and Air Conditioning the builder chose. I mean, it did just good and with consistent Heating and Air Conditioning repair, it lasted more than 20 years. But the change in Heating and Air Conditioning technology over that two decade phase of time was substantial. It was pretty amazing to see what all was different. And that’s what initially turned us on to the geothermal heat pump. We both try to live a life that is not wasteful but focused on sustainability. So the fact that the geo heat pump was about the most efficient residential Heating and Air Conditioning choice was very beautiful to us. We appreciated the idea of saving so much currency and using so much less energy when it came to central air conditioning. And now that my buddy and I are living in the house, it’s unbelievable just how wonderful all this modern Heating and Air Conditioning technology is. But the other thing that my buddy and I very love about having a geothermal heat pump has nothing to do with all the currency and energy we’re saving. No, my buddy and I are so blissful about the longevity of the geo heat pump. We’re looking at perhaps forty years before we’ll need to update the geo heat pump.
