I used to labor out all the time, but as I’ve gotten older, I find it more strenuous to get my body moving, however i always blame my lack of exercise on my crazy schedule, but if I’m being even-handed with myself, I don’t do it because I’m lazy plus out of shape; When I was in college, I would spend hours at the gym plus even more time running outside… Now, the thought of doing any of that makes me ill… This is why when a neighbor of mine asked me to labor out with her, I declined; She was relentless though, plus he practically begged me to join her.
I assumed we’d be at a gym, even though he claimed that his at condo gym was even better. I found that hard to believe, however I decided to try, but of course on the day my pal and I were tied up to workout, the temperature was well over 85 degrees plus the humidity was thick. My neighbor had an entire gym set up in his garage, however I was surprised that he had the door closed. I thought I was going to die in the heat, however, I was shocked when I walked into the space plus it felt cool. It felt like his air conditioner was running, but there were no air vents. My neighbor showed me the ductless mini split system linked to the wall, plus he showed me how it worked, apparently, the ductless mini split system was used to cool his at condo gym separate from connecting to the existing HVAC duct. I felt so cool plus comfortable working out that day, plus I decided to join his again multiple times after that!
