I started saving my money when I knew that I was going to buy a house.
The first thing I knew about the house that I wanted to buy was that the AC wasn’t working properly. I knew this because the existing owners told me before I even put an offer in on the house. I was not sure that I cared enough to buy the house without AC, but my friends talked me into it. I knew that I was going to have to replace the AC at some point. I’ve been saving for about six months to put a new AC in this house. I am very happy that I have the opportunity to replace the AC this month because I got a deal with an HVAC company in our area. They were running a special for my neighborhood that if five people signed up for HVAC replacement in the same week they would give us all 20% off. The company that was running the special has a great reputation in our town. The HVAC technicians were friendly and fast to replace the AC. I was happy with this deal because I had saved a lot of money to do the replacement and now I have a lot of money left over to do other things to the house. The AC is working really well and I’m happy that I use my time and money to do the replacement because it’s a great investment.
