I responded to a service request for A/C help. I picked up the help ticket from the main Heating plus A/C service building plus I put the address in our GPS. I study all of the information on the ticket, however the purchaser called because the A/C equipment wasn’t cooling well. This type of problem occurs frequently when the weather is very sizzling or humid. The outdoor temperatures are consistently sizzling plus humid during the Springtime plus Summer months. When the temperatures are particularally hot, the moisture can cause troubles for the A/C unit. I knew there were a couple of things that I could do to investigate the problem.I arrived at the address a couple of minutes before the scheduled appointment time. I talked to the owner of the home who was an older man around 50 years old. Instead of letting myself and others check the situation for myself, the guy started telling myself and others all about that A/C unit. I told the gentleman that it is easier for myself and others to look at the method plus form our own opinion. The purchaser became rude plus belligerent.
