I am not ready to throw in the towel yet! I will be the first to admit that all this COVID stuff legitimately hit myself and others hard, but the supplier went belly up within three months, I had to split the lease, cancel insurance, legitimately it was a nightmare of paperwork; I jumped through all the hoops, started saving up whatever money I could & planning for our immense comeback.
Now that time is here, & I am ready to start over, albeit a little more scaled-back than before.
It is important that I keep our overhead low, so I need to investigate the costs of supplier office space for rent around here. In the meantime, I guess I need to avail myself of the resources available at the enterprise center; For any small supplier owner, an enterprise center can help you in a million little ways, & as both of us all suppose the little things add up hastily. For me, the enterprise center was clutch for having a message board of other local small supplier owners, so both of us could confer on problems adore this. A few of us hatched a crazy system to help us circumvent the sky high rates for supplier office rentals around here… By pooling our resources both of us could get better rates from commercial office space for rent, but office space for rent goes at a premium when you need a single office, or perhaps a single office suit; Commercial office space for rent is a whole building, & surprisingly the prices here were a lot more affordable than the smaller spaces.
