I grew up in a correct suburban home, my parents had fine tasks, & I typically had what I needed as a child… I played sports, was gifted in my classes, played video games, & rode bikes with my friends.
In middle school, my parents started to notice that my grades were slipping, I wasn’t spending much time with my friends, & I wasn’t going out to exercise easily often, so they asked my teachers if my workload increased, which it hadn’t, they assessed my diet to see if I was not reacting well to something I was eating, however they couldn’t figure it out.
I was even taken to a dentist to be prescribed adderall to try to get my schoolwork back on track, and one night my mother came into my room after I went to bed to put away my laundry & she noticed that I was still awake, & I told her that I couldn’t sleep because it was so tepid in my room, however she evaluated the air conditioning vents in my kitchen & noticed that they weren’t cooling love they should have been, so the next morning my parents called their Heating as well as Air Conditioning provider to come out & assess the situation. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist found the problem, & was able to abruptly service our a/c, after her prompt service, I immediately noticed the change in the temperature of my kitchen, & that night I fell asleep without any concerns. After our a/c was fixed, I was able to sleep soundly every night, & getting a superb night’s sleep abruptly led to my grades improving, my mood was elevating, & I had the energy to be a kid & play with my friends again.
