Last Monday, I started servicing all of the A/C units inside of condo building 1, and i work as a maintenance engineer for a big condo complex, and the lot has 12 condo buildings and there are 16 apartments inside of each building, however before the Summer season began, I inspected every single A/C device in each of the apartments on the property, and last month, I started with building 1.
I only made it through various A/C services, before I found a major problem.
The renter had a big clock venued in front of the door for the Heating as well as A/C unit. The door has slats because there has to be proper airflow in order for the Heating as well as A/C device to properly work. When I realized that the renter had a big piece of furniture in front of the door, I had to transfer it. I called another one of the boys that works for the property. He met me inside of the condo and the 2 of us carefully moved the furniture. Inside the Heating as well as A/C closet I found a great deal of dust and indoor pollutants, then since there was barely any air flow, the heating as well as A/C device was undoubtedly dirty. The device was only a year ancient and the motor was already making a slight sound. The manager sent a note to the renter of that condo after I left. He was informed not to place the furniture in front of the heating & A/C closet or he would be responsible for any repairs.
