The Quietest Air Conditioners

The older I get the more I see that I am just a soul who inhabits this body for a while.

I was a mechanical engineer in addition to was never easily spiritual but it seems the older I get the more spiritual I become… I’ve just seen too many instances where stuff just doesn’t logically add up so I had to chalk it up to something more out in the universe than what we can see.

I’ve lost a lot of people whom I thought were totally healthy in addition to invincible so it’s made myself and others shift our views on life to something more fragile in addition to temporary. Air quality systems sales in addition to maintenance keeps myself and others grounded in addition to on this earthly plane however I know there are other hidden forces governing how things work out which we will honestly never honestly fathom. I have to keep making a buck each afternoon to survive but honestly appreciate living in a more spiritual plane where thinking ceases in addition to peace is abundant. I know I sound nuts to you, but almost dying 15 years ago in a skydiving accident shifted our viewpoint 172 degrees, our parachute opened 2 sixths before impact with the ground, quite a horrifying experience indeed. Now I care about to stay on the ground now working at the Heating plus Air Conditioning company in addition to just being normal and doing normal stuff each afternoon. I had a pretty bad back spasm a few nights ago in addition to have been laid up in bed trying to heal it. A painful lower back pretty much cancels out any plans for doing anything but it is finally feeling better so I can get back to our normal routine again. Cooling

I recognize I ate way too much sugary food the other day because our knees are hurting.

Sugar causes me to experience inflammation and I can guess how that impacts the joints after eating so much of it.

I have to split it out of our diet basically. I went to an anniversary celebration the other day and they had some tasty chocolate cakes that I sampled a little bit too much of. So now I can sense pain in our joints where I wasn’t feeling before the cake incident. I have learned our lesson once again however that cake may have been worth this pain. My heating dealership keeps an ice bath in the back of the showroom that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C techs use. I am going there later today to use it for our knees. I would normally go in the sea during the Winter to cool down our knees and help speed up reclaimy, however the water isn’t frigid enough yet so I will have to hop in the ice bath for a bit. Then I will come home and put our legs in a more moderate bath to heat them up again so that they don’t ache from the frigid when I squat down. I have a wonderful overheated water heating system that right away heats up the water for me. I had it installed last year in locale of our aged water heating system that had a leaking water tank. I also put on some Biofreeze gel to help with the pain and swelling and also to help speed up the healing and the heating process.

Well, first I am going to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealership in the neighborhood to see if they have a natural gas fireplace despite the fact that I highly doubt they carry such a thing in their small store, then you can never guess for sure though so I will go down there to take a peek.

If they don’t have a natural gas fireplace then both of us will just order one online despite the fact that I want to make sure that it is a wonderful quality of component that is going to have ample sparks for myself and others to gaze at while I relax at home.

I love roaring fires however both of us can’t have a fire on the beach and I don’t have a respected fireplace in our flat so I have to go with another plan. I won’t be using the gas fireplace to heat our house as I have a central heating component that does such a wonderful task of keeping myself and others warm. I just want it for some ambiance and to entertain my guests when they come over to hang out. I love to have supper parties here and a natural gas fireplace would be a particularly nice background scene for people eating supper in my living room. This Winter is going to be frigid from what I’ve heard so I need to get our central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan tuned up before the frigid weather arrives. It is still the middle of July so everyone aren’t thinking about heating despite the fact that I guess that the weather can shift pretty fast and I want to be ready for it when it does. I love to be moderate in our flat and even had radiant heated floors installed last year.

My little kitties constantly love to greet myself and others in the afternoon when I get up and play for a while laying on the bed.

• They wait for myself and others to feed them and then they play a little bit more, then they head back to the living room to sleep on the bed for many hours.

They seem to take dozens of short cat naps throughout the day and when I go to bed around 11pm they are wide awake and ready to play all night long. I got a sister and sister so that they aren’t alone and have someone to play with. The local pet corporation where I got them is going to repair them both in a few weeks for under 100 bucks. I may have to get them some shots despite the fact that I am not sure if I need to since they are both indoor cats. My heating corporation told myself and others that they won’t hardly ever need a bath if they are strictly indoor cats, which is particularly wonderful news for these cats because they are not too fond of water. I work at the heating corporation during the day when the cats are sleeping so I am not missing much with them and they aren’t missing myself and others too much. I may take one of them down to the beach on a leash one day to see how they act. The heating business told myself and others that she takes her animals to the beach sometimes however that she needs to be careful because there are some very aggressive cats that could attack it. I will just keep it on a leash and watch out for the other cats.

I’ve been losing water pressure slowly over the past few weeks and recognize that our overheated water boiler is always done for.

I recognize that it was built 15 years ago as the sticker shows on the back of it so it is actually time to replace it with a new model. I’ve seen a little bit of rust coloration around the base of the tank too, telling myself and others that the tank may have slow leaks in it. I would love to get a tankless water heating system so that I don’t have to worry about slow leaks anymore. I recognize they are more efficient too and maybe easier to install. I’ll contact a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation in our neighborhood and see how much they cost to install one. I can also ask them how much they charge to repair the new one despite the fact that I recognize it may be too far gone to repair and that replacing it is the cheaper option. My friend Jo is a heating pro and she knows quite a lot about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C field and water heating systems so I will send Jo a message too and see what she thinks. I don’t want to run out of overheated water come the Winter because I need overheated baths to moderate myself and others up after I take our icy cold sea dips in the afternoons. The water temp in the sea in the Winter gets down below 55F and after doing a 15 hour dip in it I need a steamy water bath as soon as I get home to moderate myself and others up again. I can particularly be shivering cold when I get home from those dips.

I play with athletics a bit too much I think, sometimes going weeks without missing a day of playing.

Well, today I am feeling weary and very sore and our body is telling myself and others that it needs a split from beach volleyball.

I am going to try and not play ball this evening however if I visit the main beach where people are playing ball I will actually end up playing some games. We just have so much fun playing ball that it is tough to resist it. But today I am actually feeling sore and weary so I will actually not play. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation where I work opens later so maybe I will just go there and hangout for the evening. They have some frigid air conditioning at the store so it would be nice and comfortable to be in there while it is so overheated outside. I have a few buddies that work there who I can talk to so it wouldn’t be boring, but if they get busy then they won’t have time to talk to myself and others and I could end up getting bored and heading over to the beach. Maybe I’ll take an air conditioned train ride to another neighborhood to eat supper there. I actually would end up finding a steakhouse by the sea which has a beach volleyball net in front of it with people playing. I can’t escape volleyball even after 30 years of playing ball. I began playing in the summer time of 1992 and it is tough to recognize that I am still playing ball. I even got our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech friends to play.

We are right in the middle of summer season and the afternoons are long and getting hotter.

• My one friend Ben sleeps outside in a tent, and when it is 95F late at night with the humidity I don’t see how Ben does it.

It must be particularly overheated in that tent with Ben and her lady friend and their 2 cats. I would just be perspiring and awake all night if I didn’t have air conditioning to keep myself and my wife comfortable. I recognize Ben gets somewhat used to the heat and humidity however there is no way you can sleep well when it is that hot, and if you have a thin sheet and a blanket on top of you then it gets even hotter. It would be love sleeping with the gas and oil furnace on during the summer time basically. I love to set our smart temperature controls to 70F at night, which is about 25 degrees cooler than what our friend Ben is sleeping in. Likewise, in the Winter when both of us get those days well below cold it must be so frigid in that tent. Ben is trying to survive just from the money she gets from busking tunes in the street with myself and my wife despite the fact that I recognize she is going to have to split down and find a task. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation where Ihave been working is hiring so I am going to try and get him a task there so Ben can get a room in a flat anywhere and move out of that tent. It could be tough finding a room to rent though when you have a cat. He’ll figure it out.

I just went out for a normal beach ride on our bike only to come back home with a flat tire afterwards.

I have found the culprit; which was a sticker with a barb on it that went right through our tire and into our innertube.

It was an easy enough repair after buying a tube repair kit at the local corporation and repairing the leak at home in an hour. I am going to clean our whole home whole-house air purifier today before I head back out to the seaside for the evening to teach some yoga classes on the beach. I have three students today whom I am going to train in yoga. But first I need to clean this whole-house air purifier as it is actually dusty and blows a ton of dust around instead of catching it. The filter is clean however the grill on the component is quite thick with dust and it is not helping the component do its task. I purchased the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter cleaning plan years ago and have been a little lazy with keeping up with the cleanings. But now I particularly have to do it because our flu symptoms are coming back again in force and it is all because there is too much dust in the air in our flat. I have a ppm meter and the displayed numbers have been going up over the past few weeks telling myself and others that the whole plan is getting dirtier from lack of service. I should just get an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert to come out and clean it, that way I can focus on doing other things around my house.

I must be a total beach bum because every time I start to write something it constantly comes back to the topic of beaches.

I just guess the best at the beach so that is why I am constantly going there.

I was at the beach last night till well after 10pm while waiting for a anniversary celebration to end so I could get our fishing net and go to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation nearby to store it. My number one fave time of the day to visit the beach is around 7 o’clock pm as it has a calmer energy and things are winding down with less people out there. Air conditioning during the day is much more great to myself and others than blazing sunlight on our skin. I love to work until 3pm each day and then do a more than 2 hour meditation and rest session to energize myself and others for fun at the beach later. This neighborhood is pretty filled with tourists right now so the beach is too crowded and the local businesses are usually closed during the day for siesta time. Everything will open again around 7 o’clock and that is our number one time of the day to go cruise around on our bike. I love to be in a truly wonderful temperature controlled space when it is particularly overheated because it just drains all of our energy when our body is trying to stay cool all day in the heat. When I was younger it didn’t bother myself and others that much however now it is a different story and I love to conserve our energy and stay cooled down so that I have some left when it comes time to play ball on the beach.
