I relate quite well with a local business lady.
The woman owns a small grocery store, which has all of the groceries others and I need. I visit her every month or so and since both of us are good friends, she at times gives me a few groceries for free, which is lovely. One day when I was coming down to see her, I was taken aback to see she had the door locked plus she was closed, despite the fact that I saw her and another woman in the building. I knocked on the door and she let me in. I asked her what was going on and if everything was ok. Thankfully it was. She was just having the window a/c upgraded in the store. I was not aware she was getting the a/c upgraded, because she never told me it was having complications. The lady usually tells me about those things. She told me the air conditioning system wasn’t having complications. But, buyers were constantly complaining of the sound it made. Not only was the window cooling system actually loud, it also had gravel or pebbles inside of it or something. Every time it would turn out it would make a noise like pebbles were flying around loosely in the machine. When we talked about why she was having it upgraded, I could recall a few times when buyers complained about the machine. The lady told me she was getting a HVAC replacement, except this was going to be a much nicer and quieter model. The a/c tech was going to finish the same week, the store would reopen tomorrow.
