Our wonderful friend replaced the AC in his business after many customer complaints

We are wonderful friends with a local supplier owner.

This guy owns a small refreshment store, which has all of the juices you could need.

We pass by to see him every month or so. Since all of us are wonderful friends, he typically gives us a few small juices for free, which is fantastic. We can recall a day when we were coming down to see him. We were surprised to see he had the door locked in addition to being closed, but we saw him and some other person in the building. When we knocked on the door he let myself and others in. We inquired what was going on and if everything was ok. To our relief it was. He was just having the ductless AC system replaced in the store. We were not aware he was getting the cooling system changed, because he never told myself and others it was having problems. He usually told us those things. The refreshment store owner told us the mini-split A/C method wasn’t having any trouble, however buyers were relentlessly complaining of the noise it made. Not only was the window cooling method absolutely loud, however it also had some stones inside of it or something. After he turned it on, it made a noise like pebbles were being thrown around freely in the machine. When he told us why he was having it updated, we could remember some incidents when buyers complained about the ductless AC. He told us he was getting the mini-split AC upgrade, but this was going to be a much nicer and less noisy model. The AC mechanic was going to finish that same day so the store would reopen the following one.
