My folks and I moved into our current property. This lake house had 4 rooms. My folks were each going to have their own space, I was going to have one room, and then the last spare was going to be an interest room. My folks agreed that now was a spectacular time to begin exploring interests, so the goal was to top this room up with all kinds of cool things that we all can begin trying out. My mom chose pottery, my dad purchased a pool table and I opted to try to learn the piano. Since my folks couldn’t afford a piano, my dad had a keyboard for me to practice on in the interest room. I started practicing daily, as there were numerous songs I wanted to learn. However, it wasn’t long before I began to identify a big issue. The interest room was really hot. I assume this was because it had a massive window which let sunshine in. But even with the blinds closed, it was still quite warmer than usual. I made plenty of enjoyable progress on the keyboard, but this was messing up with my focus. I told my folks of the issue, and they came together to have an aircon system installed in the room for cooling comfort. My folks started going back and forth on which one to get, a portable Heating and Air Conditioning or a ductless mini break air conditioning system unit. When they couldn’t choose one, they asked for help from a heating professional who proposed getting a ductless air conditioning system. My folks agreed and the ductless air conditioning system was set up successfully. I never had any concerns focusing after that, thanks to the air conditioning system.
