Our step-parents and us moved into our new condo! This condo had 4 rooms. Our step-parents were each going to have their own room, we were going to have our own room, and the last room was going to be a passtime area. Our step-parents agreed that now was an opportune time to begin new pastime activities so the target was to fill this area up with all kinds of cool items that all of us can begin to indulge in. Our step-mom took up pottery, our step-dad got a pool table plus we decided to try to learn the piano. Since our step-parents couldn’t afford a piano, they got a keyboard for us to practice on in the pastime area. We started practicing everyday, as there was so much music we wanted to learn. However, it wasn’t long before we began noticing a big problem. The pastime area was unquestionably hot! We knew this was because it had a massive window which let sunshine in, but even with the blinds drawn, it was still a fantastic bit warmer than normal. We were making fantastic progress on the keyboard, but this was messing up with our focus. We told our step-parents of the issue, and they agreed to have a Heating, Ventilation and A/C system installed in the room for cooling comfort. Our step-parents started negotiating which one to get, a portable Heating, Ventilation and A/C or a ductless mini split A/C unit. When they couldn’t pick one, they asked an HVAC technician for assistance. He suggested getting a ductless air conditioner. Our step-parents agreed and the ductless A/C was set up successfully. We didn’t have any issues focusing after that, thanks to the air conditioner.
