I recently upgraded my Heating plus Air Conditioning to sell my house.
This was something that I had to do given the comps around us.
However, the Heating plus Air Conditioning was still really much getting it done. Initially when the realtor advocated an Heating plus Air Conditioning upgrade, I was quite hesitant. I knew how superb that thing was plus that it would be superb for perhaps a decade longer. However, once the realtor showed me the data, it was evident that to get our price we would have to upgrade the Heating plus Air Conditioning. Still, it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The reason being that I made certain that the Heating plus Air Conditioning was diagnosed on a semi annual basis. This was not hit or miss in any way. The Heating plus Air Conditioning was checked plus maintained each fall plus each Spring. I viewed Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance as an investment. I had plenty of friends plus neighbors act as though I was crazy to spend that sort of currency. But the proof is clearly evident. While it was not a top of the line Heating plus Air Conditioning, it went almost 20 years without a single repair. And if we weren’t selling the house, I suppose that Heating plus Air Conditioning would have gone another decade before it had to be replaced. I just hope the new owner of this new home will take as superb care of this new Heating plus Air Conditioning as I did the outdated one. But I suppose that the next venue we buy, I will be getting a newer, more efficient Heating plus Air Conditioning. That will be nice. I adore the method of saving more on Heating plus Air Conditioning costs. Yet I’ll for sure stick with the semi annual Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance. It’s an investment afterall.
