Like who gets amazed by their new HVAC unit? Probably someone who just doesn’t have a life or some sort of shut in, right? Well, I’m here to tell you that I’m neither and I am completely blown away by our new heating and cooling equipment.
This was not something that I expected to feel at all.
I mean it’s heating and cooling right? Like, every house has HVAC equipment and a thermostat to control the amount of heating and cooling comfort. At least this is what I thought until we had to upgrade our HVAC unit. For years and years, I have belonged to an HVAC service plan that is offered by my HVAC company. They come out in the fall to do the heating maintenance and again in the spring to do the air conditioner tune-up. It’s been like this year after year. Well last fall, the HVAC technician informed me that our HVAC equipment was not going to last much longer. This wasn’t a shock. But still, we decided to get on it before it died and we had to go without proper heating and cooling. After meeting with an HVAC professional at the HVAC company, we decided that we were going for it. We wanted all the latest HVAC technology for residential HVAC. And man, did we get it. The HVAC equipment itself is state of the art and the most efficient model out there. Plus, there has been so much improvement when it comes to CFC’s and HFC’s with this HVAC unit. Add to that zone controlled HVAC and a smart thermostat and it’s like I’m a kid with a brand new toy. I’m just amazed with my new HVAC unit.
