It was basically a nightmare when I was back in college and stayed with roommates for the first year.
- We had an oil furnace and that oil was lavish too… I also couldn’t easily believe that the oil didn’t last especially long because halfway through the nippy season, we had to fill it up again and I felt as though I was constantly broke.
Also, I was always fighting with the others about the temperature control settings and about everybody having to do their even-handed share with chores. I was pretty much always yelling at the others when it was their turn to wash the washroom and things similar to that. None of us were able to along and it seemed we were all wishing to move out. Well, I was the first one to leave as soon as the lease was up. I know everybody except for one roommate made the decision to stay there and he just got brand new roommates. Who knows how things went for that group of people, although I can’t imagine they would have been grateful with that old oil furnace. After that I moved into a small apartment, however it was heaven compared to residing with those guys! My energy bills were significantly cheaper and it was so much easier to focus on my school studies. With having nice temperature control settings, I was able to land myself into a relatively nice career because I was focused through my college afternoons. I stayed in the dwelling for long enough to afford buying a current dwelling. My beach dwelling is pretty nice I must say with an excellent Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C appliance that is energy efficient.
