While in high school, I had a vision of starting my clothing store.
In it, I’d sell my designs and other people’s clothing.
My parents were supportive of the vision and helped me in many ways. I worked hard to save enough money and set up an online store. As it grew, I decided it was time to open a physical shop in town. The location wasn’t the best, but it would work as a start. Dad helped me scout the space, and we decided to install a new central cooling and heating system in it. The shop space needed a lot of work, including duct cleaning. Its previous tenant hadn’t done a lot in terms of AC maintenance. That’s why the one at the shop kept shutting down when we tested it. The landlord was a great lady who had even bought some of my clothes online. She helped us get contacts to the best AC vendor in town to help us find the right quality HVAC system. I knew we needed the right air conditioner to ensure customers were comfortable and the store was warm or cool. Summer was fast approaching, and I wanted to open before then to catch the many tourists who came to town. There were some famous spots outside of town that many people clocked to see. So, when they came to shop, I wanted the air conditioning to be the least of their worries. The HVAC business had different cooling units on offer. After some time, we opted for an aircon system that would work with the ductwork at the shop. The AC supplier offered air conditioner installation that included preparations like mending the air vents before setting it up.
