The house we looked at has too many issues to move forward

My fiance and I have been searching for the perfect house, but it has been a honestly difficult work… I want a locale in the country with a large backyard, but instead my fiance wants to be close to the city; the only locales all of us can afford are smaller than all of us want or they need a lot of repairs…

  • But a couple of weeks ago, my fiance and I went to look at a cute cottage right outside of the city.

It only had a small family room, but it had a certain large floor plan that included a den. I knew all of us would have plenty of room in the house and area to grow. The locale looks superb on the outside, but inside was a completely odd story. I could tell that the living room sink was broken and the garbage disposal didn’t work either. I told my loving fiance that all of us needed to get a company to look at the locale and give us an estimate for all of the necessary repairs. The company went to look at the locale a couple of days later and he provided us with a full report, and one of the single greatest problems was the heat pump. The company advised replacing the heat pump and the A/C unit. I knew that was a sizable expense and a significant amount of work, then when I heard some of the plumbing concerns as well, I knew that the house needed several repairs. I would have settled for a couple of concerns with the sink or even replacing the heat pump, but those two problems were just the tip of the iceberg. Our search for the perfect property essentially continues.
