I mean we are body plus mind right? Yet, I spent a lot of our life using our body care about a garbage bag. Spent a lot of time just doing nothing but sucking up the a/c at the bar while sucking down the suds. When our body finally just rejected all that nonsense, I absolutely started to pay attention. The body mind affixion can play a role in just about anything. I even save on a/c costs because of the it. Where I live, we deal with so much heat plus humidity. Of course, there are four months over the summer time where it’s hard to manage the heat without a superb dose of Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling. But, care about a lot of people, I once went way too far with the Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling while I was in the peak summer time heating hours. And that ended up costing me a bunch of money. Then, I decided to go body mind affixion plus save on all that a/c. I stopped myself from going right to the a/c in the Spring plus waited. Getting accustomed to having the beach house be in the upper 81’s absolutely allowed our body to acclimate to the heat. So when the real summer time heat dropped on us, I could keep the control unit in the low 74’s plus it felt so nice compared to outside. Doing summer time that way saved me various hundred dollars in Heating as well as Air Conditioning utility costs. So maybe consider the mind body affixion.
