Don’t choke the air supply going into an Heating & A/C condenser

I’m starting to regret hiring a landscaping business to work on our yard. Ever since childhood I was responsible for at least half of the gardening work at our parent’s property. I planted trees, bushes, flowers, cacti, succulents, & even decorative palms. Mowing the lawn & weeding around the foundation was section of our chore list as well. It wasn’t an issue for me because I had an early MP3 player at the time & enjoyed to listen to as much music as I could get our hands on whenever I was doing chores outside. Despite occupying our time with music, I was told to be careful & stay mindful of our surroundings. Had I accidentally gashed the base of the Heating & A/C condenser while using the weed whacker, I would have faced the consequences for our mistake. I figured that this landscaping business would hire people with enough decency to tell me when they injure our Heating & A/C component with their weed whackers. I’m at a loss of what I should do in response to this aggravating situation. I took photos of the gashes at the base of our Heating & A/C condenser & sent them to the owner of the landscaping. Although I wasn’t particularally surprised, I was shocked at how brazen that man was about denying any culpability on his employees’ part. That’s when I went to Google to leave a downside review, which triggered a flood of similar reviews from other dissatisfied buyers who had similar complications with injure from grass equipment. Afterward the owner tried to reach out to me about retracting our review if he could “make it right,” although I told him to kick rocks until he can’t guess his toes anymore.
