Although I wasn’t particularly surprised, I was shocked at how brazen that man was about denying any culpability on his employees’ part. That’s when I went to Google to leave a negative review, which triggered a flood of similar reviews from other displeased clients who had similar concerns with injure from sod equipment. Afterward the owner tried to reach out to me about retracting our review if he could “make it right,” but I told him to kick rocks until he can’t feel his toes anymore.
