This was the first time we heard about radiant barriers that we’d install in the attic of our home… Radiant barriers would reduce summer time heat in the house, thus lowering the cooling expenses. These barriers were made utilizing effective material that would block the hot sunshine rays plus keep our home far cooler. Adding the radiant barriers wasn’t cheap, however we knew this was an investment worth making for cheaper energy bills.
