About a month ago, our mom decided to hire a different digital marketing business.
We knew she was unhappy with the previous digital marketing business, however we agreed not to make a decision until we had time to consult with the different ones in town.
Our mom isn’t a patient person. We shouldn’t have been surprised when she went behind our backs and made the decision without our knowledge. We have been partners in a Heating and Air Conditioning service venture for 5 years. Mom had the business and we joined 3 years ago. At that time, we agreed to 100% partnership and we would make decisions together. When website traffic started to decrease, our mom immediately started talking about a new marketing business. We told her that we needed to grant the SEO campaign sometime, however she didn’t want to wait. Now we have a modern marketing business, but the website contact button has not worked in days. Our mom has been on a cruise the whole time and we haven’t had any calls from the website because our clients cannot contact us. When they do try to use the contact button, they end up with a broken page. Things were much better before our mom decided to take matters into her own hands. If she thought things were terrible before, she’s actually going to be frustrated when she sees the poor sales from this month and the amount of traffic that we have had to our website. We really should have had twice as many sales if the contact button wasn’t defective.
