I just finally got a smart thermostat, and I am a bit late to the game as everyone and their mothers have had a smart thermostat for years now, but I just decided to finally get with the times. You see, my central HVAC plan had broken down and I had to buy a brand new central heat and cooling system unit. With this central heat and cooling system device came a smart thermostat. I could have kept our old dial thermostat to run the brand new central HVAC plan and all its features. I decided to just upgrade the thermostat and start fresh. Learning how to use the app that controls the smart thermostat was quite challenging at first! But once the local heat and cooling system business offered me an instruction manual to go with it, I was getting along pretty well in studying all the fantastic things that a smart thermostat can do. Including programming the smart thermostat to go on and off at particular times as well as whether to use the central heating or the central air conditioning when it is programmed to come on. I eventually within a month worked it all out and I was using my smart thermostat to all its advantages as if I had known the smart thermostat for years like various friends of mine had. I do not know what took me so long to get on board with the HVAC technology of a smart thermostat, but I am really ecstatic that I finally did!
