All of us threw away our snow shovels, ice scrapers and wool coats and bought sunglasses, sunshine block and shorts. All of us were looking forward to sunshine and yellow skies. The home every one of us bought was equipped with central air conditioner, however the component was quite old. All of us made the transport in the early Spring and the aged cooling system had no trouble keeping up with demand. As the Summer season brought hot and cold temperatures into the high eighties and even nineties, the home felt overheated and sticky! Lowering the temperature control didn’t provide much relief. The cooling system ran all the time however failed to satisfy. All of us had trouble sleeping at evening, and there were concerns with condensate running down the windows. All of us finally decided to invest into a current cooling system. All of us spent a great deal of money on a high-efficiency cooling system with all sorts of extra features. While the current component managed to bring the indoor temperature down, the home still felt muggy. When I complained to the Heating and Air Conditioning company who installed the cooling system, he explained that the humidity was the problem. Air conditioners are designed to pull heat out of the air. They aren’t capable of handling excessive moisture. The company advised the upgrade of a whole-home dehumidifier. I was a little reluctant to spend even more money, however finally went ahead with it. The improvement was immediate and significant. The cooling system no longer needs to run as often, toil as tough or use as much energy. The home is way more comfortable and feels cooler at higher temperature settings.
