For a long time, I lived at a rental property that had an oil furnace. This oil furnace was huge and came with 3 oil tanks that would actually last through the course of the winter. I had heard from friends and family who have had oil furnaces. They told me that mine was nice because it had enough tanks and I didn’t have to refill multiple times through the winter season. Still, the expense to have all those oil tanks filled was ridiculous. Honestly, I didn’t know how I was going to make it if I had to pay such a huge expense every single winter season. It wasn’t any better in the summer either because the cooling system wasn’t very energy efficient. The owner of the property always made sure to have an HVAC professional come out twice per year for tune ups, which was good, but still I wished he would have replaced the ancient HVAC system that was costing a small fortune to operate. Eventually, I decided to buy my own house. Based on my experience with the lousy HVAC system, I decided to go for something that was amazing. I ended up finding a home that had a geothermal HVAC system installed. This system honestly is the best as it provides the ideal comfort in my home and my energy bills are so cheap now! I can’t believe how well this system works. I had to pay a lot of money to get this nice home, but the investment was totally worth it. Not to mention, my property value has already increased by a considerable amount.
