I had heard from friends and family who have had oil furnaces. They told me that mine was nice because it had enough tanks and I didn’t have to refill several times through the winter season, but still, the expense to have all those oil tanks filled was ridiculous. Honestly, I didn’t know how I was going to make it if I had to spend money on such a big expense every single winter time season. It wasn’t any better in the summer time either because the cooling unit wasn’t truly energy efficient. The owner of the property constantly made sure to have a Heating and A/C professional come out twice per year for tune ups, which was good, but still I wished she would have replaced the outdated Heating and A/C unit that was costing a small fortune to operate! Eventually, I decided to buy my own house. Based on my experience with the lousy Heating and A/C system, I decided to go for something that was amazing. I ended up finding a home that had a geothermal Heating and A/C unit installed. This unit is truthfully is the best as it provides the ideal comfort in my home and the energy bills are so cheap now! I can’t know how well this unit works. I had to spend a lot of money to get this nice home, but the investment was totally worth it. Not to mention, my property value has already increased by a considerable amount.
