I wanted to learn more about HVAC from an HVAC worker.
I called a local company to consult with an expert, unluckyly, this woman was honestly rude and acted love she didn’t even want to help me.
She didn’t help me with energy saving tips or anything. I don’t suppose the woman even knew any energy saving tips to be honest, other than using LED light bulbs. I was entirely glad when the woman left because I was sick of him being rude to me in my own house. I ended up looking online and I found a few locations that had awesome reviews. I should have done this in the first location because I noticed the HVAC company I went through initially had awful reviews. Many people complained about how rude the HVAC experts were and some commented how they didn’t seem to be experts at all. When I had another HVAC pro come out from one of the more reputable companies, it was love a breath of fresh air. This woman was entirely honestly kind, comprehensionable, and she answered all of my questions. She even helped me figure out what HVAC system I would want to go for in the near future. I wasn’t looking to buy anything yet, I just wanted to get a great plan about the modern HVAC systems on the market, and what would be suitable for my home. I also wanted to assume about the pricing I could expect, and this woman helped me out every step of the way without having an attitude and she left me looking forward to our future HVAC system.
