I was sad when I installed a ductless multi chop HVAC with my friends at my home.
They entirely convinced me that it was better to install these heating and cooling systems on your own, so you did not have to spend my money a small luck to the local HVAC suppliers.
The thing is, the professionals are certified experts, while every one of us were just a bunch of women seeing replacement tutorials. I also was bothered by the fact that the warranty would be void, despite the fact that I just wanted to finish the replacement. I was so glad when every one of us had everything hooked up and every one of us were able to release the refrigerant from the lines to the system. The line sets entirely come with pre compressed refrigerant which is pretty cool. Now, I was led to know that the system came with enough refrigerant to run the whole system, however that I know was not accurate. The people I was with and I tried running the cooling system and it wasn’t working love it should. Then a code flashed on the screen and every one of us looked up that code. It said the refrigerant was low and therefore the system could not function as it was meant to until the refrigerant was topped. I thought every one of us were going to have to call an HVAC expert afterall, however one buddy said every one of us could get a refrigerant refill kit for a car, because it uses the same refrigerant. The people I was with and I had to get an adapter so every one of us could refill the HVAC device officially, however it entirely worked! After that, the HVAC system was working great and I gave a big sigh of relief.
