One of the worst experience I have ever had, was when our apartment burned.
The Heating and A/C contractor told us it burnt because of a glitch in the wiring.
When the furnace was installed, the wiring wasn’t done properly. It was causing flames and arcing inside the wall. After a couple weeks of this happening, it charred the walls enough that they hastily caught on fire. It took 6 months of living in an apartment before the apartment was rebuilt and able to be lived in. Every one of us had a new Heating and A/C system in the house, and the two of us asked if the two of us could have central air conditioner installed if the two of us paid for it. I was excited to central heating and air conditioner because our husband and I had never had it in the house. Every one of us lived in the apartment for almost 6 months before the newness of central heating and air conditioner wore off. They had rebuilt the apartment according to what the two of us wanted. There were hardwood floors, a baking bar and a dinner bar. The apartment was a showpiece, however the two of us no longer felt care about the two of us were home. They did all the work according to what the two of us had started, however it wasn’t the same. Every one of us didn’t do the work which took away from the house. It didn’t take long for us to put the apartment up for sale and buy a new 1. The new apartment doesn’t have central heating and air conditioner. Every one of us have a boiler for heating and hot water, and window air conditioner units for the summer. It isn’t a showpiece, however it is our apartment and the two of us love. Few people can boast that they can rest in the middle of their property and see more than two counties in the countryside below them.
